Turnaround

We ruminate on our mistakes more than our wins.

We dwell on our losses and remember the negative feedback more.

Loss aversion hurts but necessary to overcome. We learn the greatest lessons from our setbacks since they stick out the most.

Avoid them when you can but embrace and learn like a sponge earlier than later.

Behind every win are setbacks and rejections behind every success.

Embrace and don’t avoid them.

Avoidance breeds more avoidance.
